All orders must be placed through a UK-registered company contracting directly with ModernGlide Ltd in the United Kingdom.
Our products can be supplied for overseas projects, with delivery arranged to an agreed UK mainland location, including a nominated UK port or freight-forwarding facility.
The purchasing UK company is responsible for organising onward international freight, overseas import arrangements, local installation and any applicable destination-country requirements.
This arrangement allows us to concentrate on supplying high-quality specialist partition systems while our customers manage the international logistics and installation.
Our Supply & Purchasing Process
Step 1 – UK Company Enquiry
The purchasing company must be registered in the United Kingdom and contract directly with ModernGlide Ltd.
Provide project details, product requirements, approximate dimensions, quantities and intended destination country.
Step 2 – Product Specification & Quotation
Our team will review the requirements and provide a quotation for the relevant movable wall, glazed partition or acoustic product systems.
Technical information, product specifications and drawings can be provided as appropriate.
Step 3 – Order & Advance Payment
All international project supply orders require 100% payment in cleared funds before production commences.
Production will begin only once the order, agreed specifications and full payment have been confirmed.
Step 4 – UK Delivery
Products will be delivered to the agreed UK mainland destination, including a nominated UK port or freight-forwarding facility where appropriate.
Delivery arrangements, responsibilities and costs will be confirmed in the quotation and order terms.
Step 5 – International Shipping & Installation
The purchasing UK company arranges onward international shipping, freight insurance, customs and import clearance, overseas duties and taxes, and installation at the destination.

Important Supply Conditions
To ensure clarity, our international project supply arrangements are based on the following principles:
- All orders must be placed by a UK-registered purchasing company.
- The contract and invoice are issued by ModernGlide Ltd in the UK.
- Full payment in cleared funds is required before production.
- Products are supplied on a supply-only basis.
- Delivery is to an agreed UK mainland destination or UK port.
- International freight and overseas installation are not included.
- The purchasing company is responsible for onward shipping, import arrangements, destination-country taxes and duties, and local installation.
- Technical drawings and product guidance may be supplied where appropriate.
- Product specifications, warranties, delivery terms and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and contract.
VAT will be applied in accordance with the applicable UK tax rules and the agreed transaction arrangements.
ModernGlide does not provide overseas installation, overseas structural design or certification of compliance with local building regulations as part of this standard supply-only service.
