Following every order, ModernGlide will stay in regular contact with you throughout the duration of your project. Our process covers quotation, sale, manufacturing, delivery, installation and aftercare.
With a ‘We Care’ attitude, our company prides itself on making sure your ModernGlide delivery and installation is as smooth as possible. Most ModernGlide acoustic products are manufactured in around 5 to 6 weeks so communication and planning is key. Each order is assigned a Project Manager who will work closely with you to obtain drawing approval and make sure you are ready for our track and panel installation.
Delivery from the factory to site is scheduled 2 weeks prior to project commencement, giving everyone enough time to prepare. We use trusted third-party transport companies who aim to arrive onsite with a 30 minute leeway from the agreed delivery time. Our installation teams will offload all materials within our Health & Safety Guidelines.
