Characteristics: Hinged patch fitting, frameless glazed system. The maximum dimension of the glazed wings is 900mm wide x 2600mm high with a maximum number of 5 wings on each side. Taller wings are possible by reducing the width, increasing the number of panels (without exceeding five on each side). Panels can stack to the inside or outside. Brass bottom guide 20mm x 20mm recessed into finished floor.
Construction: All track, rollers and patch fittings are maintenance free. All panels are constructed using 8mm/10mm toughened glass with polished edges. Hinged patch fittings are fitted to each corner of the glazed panels and can be supplied with either aluminium or powder coated cover plate. The leading panel (odd numbers only) from each side will act as a full height pass door, supplied with ironmongery to architect’s spec.
Operation: The panels are operated from the stacking position by pulling the leading panel across the opening which in turn will move the remaining panels into a flatwall position. When all the panels are in place they are locked via a foot bolt locating within the recessed floor guide. To finally secure the system, the full height access door can be supplied with a foot bolt or cylinder lock.
Track & Roller
System: Top track natural anodised aluminium 76mm wide x 76mm deep. Brass bottom track 20mm x 20mm x 2mm with playfree guide. Single roller bearing trolleys with patch suspension and special glass holder insert.
